AI That Works Inside the IT We Already Run

We help the organizations we manage put AI to work safely. Rules first, then approved tools inside your own Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tenant, then automations that connect the systems you already use. Your people stay in charge. A person still answers the phone.

“simpleroute treats us like we’re a unique organization, not just another generic client.”

How it fits

Decide, Deploy, Build

Every AI project runs in the same order. We set the rules, roll out the tools you approved, and then build the connections that save real time. Skipping the first step is how data ends up where it should not.

AI Governance

Policy, tool review, and an AI roadmap. Required before we deploy anything.

Copilot and AI Deployment

Microsoft Copilot rolled out inside your tenant, with permissions cleaned up first. Gemini for Google Workspace when that is your platform.

Automation and Integrations

A dedicated automation engineer connects your systems, automates repeat steps, and builds small internal tools.

Guardrails first

Governance Comes Before Any Rollout

AI tools see what your staff can see. If a folder is shared too widely today, an assistant will find it tomorrow. That is why governance is required before we deploy anything.

  • An AI policy your staff can actually follow
  • A review of who can see what in your files and mail
  • Approved tools only, with data rules for each
  • A person accountable for every AI decision
  • Reviews on a schedule as tools and terms change

Why Copilot first

Your Data Stays in Your Tenant

For Microsoft 365 clients we prefer Microsoft Copilot. It works inside your own tenant, under the enterprise data protection, permissions, and retention settings you already have. For Google Workspace clients, Gemini runs on the same principle.

If another tool fits the work better, we review its data paths and terms first. If it passes, we deploy it and support it like anything else in your environment.

Get an AI Spend Review

Most organizations are already paying for AI, often in more places than they know. Seats nobody opens, add-ons bundled into other software, developer hours, and model credits. We line up what you pay against what your people actually use, and show you where to cut and where to put the money instead.

  • AI seats and add-ons across your software
  • Developer and contractor spend on AI work
  • Model and API credits
  • What is used, what is idle, and what overlaps

Who this is for

Part of How We Manage Your IT

AI Services are for organizations we already manage, fully or co-managed. We only connect AI to systems we know, secure, and document. That is what keeps your data where it belongs and keeps the desk able to support what we build.

Not a client yet? Start with Managed IT or Co-Managed IT, and we can plan AI as part of that conversation.

After launch

The Same Desk Supports It

There is no outside consultant who leaves after the rollout. The team that works your tickets supports the tools we deploy, and every automation goes into your living documentation so whoever picks up your call knows how it works.

Common questions

AI Services FAQ

Can we buy AI Services without managed IT?

No. AI Services are an add-on for organizations we manage or co-manage. We only connect AI to systems we know and secure.

Do we need AI governance first?

Yes. A policy and a review of who can see what come before any deployment. It is the step that keeps an assistant from surfacing data it should not.

Is it only Microsoft Copilot?

No. Copilot is our usual starting point for Microsoft 365 clients because it works inside your tenant, and we deploy Gemini for Google Workspace. We also build on platforms like Azure AI Foundry and add custom components, including options that run in your own environment, where they fit. The goal is to move you forward on your own AI journey, so you either own it or we help you own it.

Will AI replace our staff?

That is not the goal. We use AI to take busywork off your people, the same way we use it on our own desk. Your people keep the judgment and the decisions.

How is it priced?

Like managed services. Pricing depends on your users and the complexity of the work, usually as an annual retainer. An AI Spend Review is the place to start.
