Readiness
Clean Up Before You Switch It On
An assistant can find anything a user can open. Before we enable it, we check what is shared, with whom, and whether it should be. Governance is already in place by this point, so the rules are clear before the tool arrives.
Platform
Microsoft Copilot First, Your Tenant Always
For Microsoft 365 organizations we prefer Microsoft Copilot. It runs inside your tenant, under enterprise data protection and the permissions you already manage.
For Google Workspace organizations we deploy Gemini with the same approach. Beyond Copilot and Gemini, we work with platforms like Azure AI Foundry and custom components, including options that run in your own environment. Each goes through AI Tool Review first, then we deploy and support the ones that pass.
Rollout
Start Small, Then Widen
We start with a small group and the tasks they actually do, such as summarizing long threads, drafting from your own documents, or pulling notes out of meetings. What works for that group shapes the wider rollout.
After launch
Supported Like Everything Else
Questions about the tool go to the same desk as any other ticket. We review usage on a schedule, retire seats nobody opens, and update the policy when tools or terms change.
