For the past 18-years, he has supported users of all skills levels and backgrounds and brings a commitment to improving the user experience, process improvement, and modern security protocols. In his off hours, Tim likes to spend time with his wife and their Saint Bernard in the backwoods of Vermont and the Adirondacks.
