Dennis has 10 years’ experience in the field of Helpdesk support. He has a B.S. in Information Technology from Saint Louis University. He has worked at Dell, started from a tier 1 role then climbed himself up to becoming a tier 3 technical support representative and is a Dell Certified Systems Expert (DCSE). He also worked at Lenovo as part of the case management team, Citibank as part of the Global Helpdesk support, and at Sinu IT as a technical team lead. He enjoys working with bright people and being up-to-date on the latest technology and IT developments.
In his spare time, If not working with his project car, Dennis spends time watching cartoons and Netflix with his daughter or playing music together with his wife.
